Are Pilgrim products 100% vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all our products are PETA-certified vegan and cruelty-free. We do not test on animals and ensure all our ingredients are ethically sourced.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for other regions across India.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are received in a damaged condition or if the wrong item was delivered. The product must remain unopened and in its original packaging.
Do your products contain harmful chemicals like parabens or sulfates?
No, Pilgrim products are formulated without parabens, sulfates, mineral oils, or other toxic chemicals. We follow strict international safety standards.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track it directly through the 'My Orders' section on our website.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
